Dipped S’more Marshmallows

Yield:  24 marshmallows

Ingredients

  • 4 whole graham crackers, coarsely crushed
  • 24 lollipop sticks, forks work too and so do your fingers as I have found out
  • 24 large marshmallows
  • 4 ounces chocolate chips, melted

Method

  1. Place crushed crackers on a plate.
  2. Insert one lollipop stick into each marshmallow (if using).
  3. Otherwise, pick up a marshmallow and dip two-thirds into the melted chocolate; allow excess to drip off.
  4. Dip in cracker crumbs, covering about half of the chocolate.
  5. Place on waxed paper; let stand until set.

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

*Optional:  Any type of crushed cereal, any type of chocolate or candy coating that can be melted, Andes mints are awesome!  Sprinkles of any kind makes it a party. Melted peanut butter works too or any type of non-nut butter.
