Dipped S’more Marshmallows
Yield: 24 marshmallows
Ingredients
- 4 whole graham crackers, coarsely crushed
- 24 lollipop sticks, forks work too and so do your fingers as I have found out
- 24 large marshmallows
- 4 ounces chocolate chips, melted
Method
- Place crushed crackers on a plate.
- Insert one lollipop stick into each marshmallow (if using).
- Otherwise, pick up a marshmallow and dip two-thirds into the melted chocolate; allow excess to drip off.
- Dip in cracker crumbs, covering about half of the chocolate.
- Place on waxed paper; let stand until set.
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
*Optional: Any type of crushed cereal, any type of chocolate or candy coating that can be melted, Andes mints are awesome! Sprinkles of any kind makes it a party. Melted peanut butter works too or any type of non-nut butter.
