Whipped Honey Vanilla Butter

Yield:  2 cups

Ingredients

1 cup butter room temperature

4 tbsp milk

½ cup honey

1 vanilla bean scraped or 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

Method

  1. In a stand mixer, whip the butter with the milk for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the honey and beat for another minute, until well combined.
  3. Add the vanilla and beat just to combine.
  4. Scoop into a jar and use immediately or chill until needed.
  5. Bring to room temperature when ready to serve.
