This came from a friend in Canada. Not that the recipe has a particular Canadian style. Maybe it does. Anyone know? Send me a message.
Ingredients
½ cup Oil
2 Eggs
2/3 cup White Sugar
2/3 cup Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 cups Oats
½ teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Milk
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×13 pan.
- In a medium bowl mix together oil, eggs, sugars and vanilla.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until still light and fluffy, but not dark brown.
*Optional ingredients to add: Flax meal, dried fruit, protein powder, hemp seeds, chocolate chips, etc.
