Whipped Honey Vanilla Butter
Yield: 2 cups
Ingredients
1 cup butter room temperature
4 tbsp milk
½ cup honey
1 vanilla bean scraped or 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
Method
- In a stand mixer, whip the butter with the milk for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add the honey and beat for another minute, until well combined.
- Add the vanilla and beat just to combine.
- Scoop into a jar and use immediately or chill until needed.
- Bring to room temperature when ready to serve.
