Flan Cake
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 Yellow Cake Mix (prepared according to directions on the box)
- ¼ cup Caramel
- 4 Eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 large can Evaporated Milk
- 1 T Vanilla Extract
- Ground Cinnamon
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
- Pour the caramel topping onto the bottom of the Bundt pan.
- Pour in cake mix.
- In a mixer combine eggs, sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk and vanilla.
- Mix on medium until smooth. Pour over cake mix. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Place Bundt pan in a 9×13 in pan with water up 1 ½ – 2 inches up the Bundt pan.
- Bake 1 hour. Let cool 10-15 minutes.
- Invert onto a plate and serve warm.
