Southeast Asian Inspired Rice Bowl

Yield: 4 bowls


  • 5 cups cooked rice, divided into 4 bowls
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 lb Southeast Asian marinated chicken
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned or shredded
  • 4 green onion, sliced
  • ½ cup cilantro, de-stemmed, rough chopped
  • 4 radishes, sliced
  • 1 Lime, cut into wedges
  • *Optional:  Pork floss, scrambled egg


  1. In a medium pan over medium high heat add oil and sauté the marinated chicken until fully cooked or internal temperature reaches 167 degrees.
  2. Remove from heat and thinly slice or chop. Divide into 4 bowls.
  3. Garnish bowls with remaining ingredients:  carrot, onion, cilantro, and radish.
  4. Squeeze a bit of lime over the top.
