15-Minute Pasta

Yield:  4 Servings


  • 12 oz angel hair or vermicelli pasta
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, split in half
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 4 T EVOO
  • 4-5 leaves Basil, chiffonade
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 32 oz water


  • ½ onion, diced
  • Parmesan for serving
  • ½ cup pre-cooked meat


  1. Put all ingredients in a large saucepan, cook over medium high heat for 15 minutes.
  2. Stir regularly.
  3. Serve hot.
    1. Will not have to drain, but there will be a little water in the pan.


I crack the noodles in half for even cooking.

I use broth or stock instead of water for a richer flavor.
