Ingredients
Yield: 1/2 cup powdered curry
- 4 teaspoons garlic, dried and minced
- 3 teaspoons onion, dried and minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 2 tablespoons cumin seed
- 1 tbsp fennel seed
- 1 tsp mustard seeds, yellow
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons turmeric, ground
- 3 tablespoons coriander seeds
- 2 teaspoons cardamom, ground
- 2 teaspoons whole clove
Method
- Pulse all ingredients in a spice blender or coffee grinder until a powder is formed.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 years.
