Ingredients

Yield: 1/2 cup powdered curry

  • 4 teaspoons garlic, dried and minced
  • 3 teaspoons onion, dried and minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 2 tablespoons cumin seed
  • 1 tbsp fennel seed
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds, yellow
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons turmeric, ground
  • 3 tablespoons coriander seeds
  • 2 teaspoons cardamom, ground
  • 2 teaspoons whole clove

Method

  1. Pulse all ingredients in a spice blender or coffee grinder until a powder is formed.
  2. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 years.
