No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup ground flax seed

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional add ins:  Chia seeds, hemp seeds, protein powder, white or butterscotch chips, sprinkles ?

Method

  1. Combine oats, chocolate chips, flax seed, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract together in a bowl.
  2. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from the refrigerator and form into balls using your hands.
  4. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
