Ingredients
2 T Olive Oil
1/2 cup Red Onion, chopped
1 cup Plain Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 T White Wine Vinegar
1 T Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 Jalapeño, de-seeded and chopped (or more for heat, I used 3)
2 cups fresh Cilantro, leaves and stems, rinsed well to remove any dirt or residue
2 cups fresh Parsley, leaves and stems, rinsed well
4 cloves Garlic, crushed
Method
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend on high until all is combined and smooth.
- Taste and add additional salt if necessary.
