A recipe for Wild Rice:  Simple and delicious

Wild Rice

Yield: 5 Servings

Ingredients

1 cup Wild Rice

3 cups Water

1 tsp. Salt

Method

In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup wild rice, 3 cups water, and 1 teaspoon salt to a boil.

Cover, reduce to simmer.

Cook until the rice is tender and the kernels have popped open.

It will take between 45-60 minutes.
