Cilantro & Coconut Chutney Ingredients 2 bunches cilantro coarsely chopped 2 serrano, jalapeño or Thai chilis, finely diced 3 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons Kosher salt 2 tablespoons pureed ginger ½ tablespoon pureed garlic 2 tablespoons white vinegar 2 tablespoons lemon juice ½ cup water Method Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until mixture is smooth.
