Mexican Hot Chocolate

Mexican Hot Chocolate

Yield:  2 Servings

Ingredients

1 cup water

2 tablets Mexican Chocolate / Abuelita or Ibarra

Method

  1. Heat water and chocolate to a boil in a medium sauce pan.
  2. Slowly add milk and bring back up to a boil. Remove from heat.
  3. Use a Mexican molinillo to froth the milk.
