Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
Serves: 2
Ingredients
1 head cauliflower (4–5 cups florets)
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 cup hot sauce (Frank’s, Cholula, etc.)
Method
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk flour, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dip cauliflower pieces in the batter and let excess drip off.
- Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake on an upper rack for 20 minutes until light brown and crisp. Let cool for 5 minutes.
- Gently toss the baked cauliflower in a bowl with the hot sauce.
- Return to the pan.
- Bake for another 10 minutes.
*Optional to serve with blue cheese, my favorite!
