Figs on Toast

Ingredients
1 baguette, sliced
6-8 ripe figs, thinly sliced
1 5 oz. package Chèvre
¼ cup honey
¼ cup dry roasted, salted pistachio nutmeats, chopped
Method
- Toast the baguette
- Spread Chèvre on the toast
- Layer figs on Chèvre, drizzle honey over toast and sprinkle pistachio on top
