Berry Balsamic Vinaigrette

Yield: 1 cup dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup berries, washed
- 1 cup good olive oil (I use Spanish extra virgin olive oil)
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh squeezed citrus juice
1 teaspoon honey
Method
- Put all ingredients in a mini prep, blender or food processor and pulse until combined.
- Serve over salad or toss with fresh market veggies.
Store in an airtight jar for up to 1 week.
