Cilantro & Coconut Chutney
Ingredients
2 bunches cilantro coarsely chopped
2 serrano, jalapeño or Thai chilis, finely diced
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons Kosher salt
2 tablespoons pureed ginger
½ tablespoon pureed garlic
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ cup water
Method
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend until mixture is smooth.
*Alternatively you can coarsely chop all ingredients and have a chunky chutney.
