{"id":908,"date":"2019-10-11T18:12:27","date_gmt":"2019-10-11T23:12:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jessicatijerina.com\/?p=908"},"modified":"2019-10-11T18:12:51","modified_gmt":"2019-10-11T23:12:51","slug":"cuban-chimichurri","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jessicatijerina.com\/index.php\/2019\/10\/11\/cuban-chimichurri\/","title":{"rendered":"Cuban Chimichurri"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Cuban Chimichurri &#8211; Havana<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>\n2 cups fresh Parsley leaves<br \/>\n2 cups fresh Cilantro<br \/>\n10 cloves Garlic<br \/>\n1\/2 medium Red Onion, quartered<br \/>\n3\/4 cup EVOO<br \/>\n1\/4 cup fresh Lemon Juice<br \/>\n2 T Red Wine Vinegar<br \/>\n1 tsp dried Oregano<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp fresh cracked Black Pepper<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp Kosher Salt<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Put the parsley, cilantro garlic, and onion in a food processor.
