Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a medium bowl, whisk flour, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.<\/li>\n<li>Dip cauliflower pieces in the batter and let excess drip off.<\/li>\n<li>Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.<\/li>\n<li>Bake on an upper rack for 20 minutes until light brown and crisp.
