Smoked Paprika<br \/>\n4 oz. Shredded or sliced Sharp Cheddar Cheese<br \/>\nKosher Salt to taste<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 400 degrees.<\/li>\n<li>Trim the cauliflower by cutting away the leaves and the stem up to where the stem meets the head.<\/li>\n<li>In a medium size baking dish, place the entire head of cauliflower upright.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle with Kosher salt and the smoked paprika.<\/li>\n<li>Roast for 25-30 minutes or until the florets begin to brown. If they begin to brown too quickly, lay a piece of foil over the top.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from the oven and top with the cheese.
