Brussels Sprouts (I buy from Trader Joe\u2019s and they come cut in half and seasoned)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">2 6 oz. containers diced Pancetta<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">2 T Olive Oil<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">2 Cloves Garlic \u2013 Minced<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00bd cup blue cheese<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">* Optional: \u00bd cup rough chopped walnuts<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">1. Heat oil in a large, non-stick skillet, saute the brussels sprouts for 7 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">2. Add the garlic and pancetta and continue to cook until the brussels sprouts begin to caramelize <\/span>another 3-4 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">3. Remove from the heat and add blue cheese. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">4.
