Have fun with this one!<\/p>\n<h2>Chai Spice Mixed Nuts<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Yield:<\/strong>\u00a0 1 lb spiced mixed nuts<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p>1 egg white<br \/>\n1 teaspoon vanilla extract<br \/>\n1lb. mixed nuts<br \/>\n1\/8 cup <a href=\"https:\/\/jessicatijerina.com\/index.php\/product\/masala-vanilla-chai-latte-mug\/\">Tijerina\u2019s Vanilla Masala Chai Blend<\/a><br \/>\n\u00bd teaspoon salt (large crystal salt makes them more fun to eat if you have some)<\/p>\n<h3>Method<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.<\/li>\n<li>Line a baking sheet with parchment (trust me, you don\u2019t want to skip this part. No foil won\u2019t work)<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, whisk together the egg white and vanilla until frothy.<\/li>\n<li>Add the mixed nuts and stir to coat.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in the chai and mix until all are coated.<\/li>\n<li>Spread the chai mixed nuts onto the baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes. (Yes, they will be sticky. Just stir.)<\/li>\n<li>Remove from the oven and let cook completely before serving or storing.
