A fall favorite."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Beets and Brie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Yield:<\/strong> 4 Servings<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><br \/>\n4 fresh beets, washed, trimmed, skin left om<br \/>\n8 oz Brie, (I used double cream brie from Trader Joe&#8217;s)<br \/>\n1 tablespoon oil<\/p>\n<p><strong>METHOD<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.<br \/>\n2. Wrap each beet separately in tinfoil.<br \/>\n3. Place beets on a parchment lined baking sheet.<br \/>\n4. Roast beets for 30-35 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.<br \/>\n5. Remove from oven, turn off oven, let beets cook before unwrapping.<br \/>\n6. Once beets are cooled enough to handle, use a paper towel to remove the skin, it should slide right off.<br \/>\n7.
