{"id":1779,"date":"2020-08-02T16:36:54","date_gmt":"2020-08-02T21:36:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jessicatijerina.com\/?p=1779"},"modified":"2020-08-02T16:36:54","modified_gmt":"2020-08-02T21:36:54","slug":"one-pot-cheesy-garlic-pasta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jessicatijerina.com\/index.php\/2020\/08\/02\/one-pot-cheesy-garlic-pasta\/","title":{"rendered":"One Pot Cheesy Garlic Pasta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>20-Minute One Pot Super GARLIC Pasta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yield: 4 Servings<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 tablespoons butter<\/p>\n<p>8 cloves garlic, minced<\/p>\n<p>2 cups broth (any)<\/p>\n<p>1 cup milk + \u00bc cup for added creamy goodness<\/p>\n<p>12 ounces uncooked angel hair or vermicelli pasta<\/p>\n<p>Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste (about 1 teaspoon salt and \u00bd teaspoon pepper)<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (Asiago is also delicious!)<\/p>\n<p>2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a Dutch oven or medium saucepan with a lid, melt the butter over medium high heat.<\/li>\n<li>Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently about 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in broth, milk and uncooked pasta, season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked through 10-12 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in Parmesan.
