{"id":1428,"date":"2020-05-07T16:12:43","date_gmt":"2020-05-07T21:12:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jessicatijerina.com\/?p=1428"},"modified":"2020-05-07T16:12:45","modified_gmt":"2020-05-07T21:12:45","slug":"pork-tenderloin-in-coffee-marinade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jessicatijerina.com\/index.php\/2020\/05\/07\/pork-tenderloin-in-coffee-marinade\/","title":{"rendered":"Pork Tenderloin in Coffee Marinade"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pork Tenderloin in Coffee Marinade<\/h2><p><strong>Yield:<\/strong>\u00a0Marinade for 2-pound pork tenderloin<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h4><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 lb pork tenderloin<\/li><li>1\u00a0cup\u00a0prepared coffee, cooled or (1 cup water + 3 teaspoons espresso powder)<\/li><li>\u00bc cup soy<\/li><li>\u00bc cup molasses<\/li><li>\u00bc onion, peeled and diced<\/li><li>1\/3 cup balsamic vinegar<\/li><li>1 tablespoon Dijon mustard<\/li><li>3\u00a0garlic cloves,\u00a0minced<\/li><li>1\u00a0teaspoon thyme, dried or 1 tablespoon fresh<\/li><li>\u00bd teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper<\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M<strong>ethod<\/strong><\/h4><ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Add all ingredients except the pork to a food processor and pulse until blended.<\/li><li>Put pork tenderloin in a shallow baking dish and cover with marinade. Wrap with plastic wrap or a tightly sealed lid and marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum 2 hours. <\/li><li>Heat a grill to medium high heat and cook until internal temperature of pork is at 145 degrees.
