{"id":1279,"date":"2020-04-23T14:41:39","date_gmt":"2020-04-23T19:41:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jessicatijerina.com\/?p=1279"},"modified":"2020-04-23T14:41:59","modified_gmt":"2020-04-23T19:41:59","slug":"smores-marshmallows","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jessicatijerina.com\/index.php\/2020\/04\/23\/smores-marshmallows\/","title":{"rendered":"S&#8217;mores Marshmallows"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dipped S\u2019more Marshmallows<\/h2><p><strong>Yield: <\/strong>&nbsp;24 marshmallows<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h4><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 whole graham crackers, coarsely crushed<\/li><li>24 lollipop sticks, forks work too and so do your fingers as I have found out<\/li><li>24 large marshmallows<\/li><li>4 ounces chocolate chips, melted<\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Method<\/strong><\/h4><ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Place crushed crackers on a plate.<\/li><li>Insert one lollipop stick into each marshmallow (if using).<\/li><li>Otherwise, pick up a marshmallow and dip two-thirds into the melted chocolate; allow excess to drip off.<\/li><li>Dip in cracker crumbs, covering about half of the chocolate.<\/li><li>Place on waxed paper; let stand until set.<\/li><\/ol><p>Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.<\/p><p><em>*Optional:&nbsp; Any type of crushed cereal, any type of chocolate or candy coating that can be melted, Andes mints are awesome!&nbsp; Sprinkles of any kind makes it a party.
