{"id":1259,"date":"2020-04-19T15:09:20","date_gmt":"2020-04-19T20:09:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jessicatijerina.com\/?p=1259"},"modified":"2020-04-19T15:09:42","modified_gmt":"2020-04-19T20:09:42","slug":"flan-cake-yes-really","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jessicatijerina.com\/index.php\/2020\/04\/19\/flan-cake-yes-really\/","title":{"rendered":"Flan Cake. yes. really."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Flan Cake<\/strong><\/h2><p><strong>Yield: 8 Servings<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 Yellow Cake Mix <em>(prepared according to directions on the box)<\/em><\/li><li>\u00bc cup Caramel<\/li><li>4 Eggs, lightly beaten<\/li><li>1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk<\/li><li>1 large can Evaporated Milk<\/li><li>1 T Vanilla Extract<\/li><li>Ground Cinnamon<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.<\/li><li>Grease and flour a Bundt pan.<\/li><li>Pour the caramel topping onto the bottom of the Bundt pan.<\/li><li>Pour in cake mix.<\/li><li>In a mixer combine eggs, sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk and vanilla.<\/li><li>Mix on medium until smooth. Pour over cake mix. Sprinkle with cinnamon.<\/li><li>Place Bundt pan in a 9&#215;13 in pan with water up 1 \u00bd &#8211; 2 inches up the Bundt pan.<\/li><li>Bake 1 hour.
