{"id":121,"date":"2018-02-06T21:44:12","date_gmt":"2018-02-07T03:44:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jessicatijerina.com\/?p=121"},"modified":"2020-05-06T20:41:07","modified_gmt":"2020-05-07T01:41:07","slug":"chorizo-tacos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jessicatijerina.com\/index.php\/2018\/02\/06\/chorizo-tacos\/","title":{"rendered":"Chorizo &#038; Chicken Tacos"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Yield:<\/strong> 20-24 Tacos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>20 corn or 24 flour tortillas<br \/>\u00bc cup vegetable or canola oil + 1 tablespoon<br \/>1 tube chorizo (mild, medium or hot)<br \/>1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thigh<br \/>2 white onion, diced<br \/>1 clove garlic, minced<br \/>1 cup cilantro, stemmed and rough chopped<br \/>1 cup Cotija or Queso Fresco<br \/>1 Lime, sliced<br \/>Chili Powder or Tajin<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Heat 1\/4 cup oil in a pan and add chicken. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until chicken reaches 167 degrees.
