Thin Pork meat<\/p>\n<p>10 Chiles Pasilla (very mild)<\/p>\n<p>10 Chiles Guajillo (medium\/hot) use less for less spicy<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd Garlic bulb (not clove)<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc teaspoon Cumin<\/p>\n<p>1 cup White Vinegar<\/p>\n<p>1 cup broth<\/p>\n<p>1 Onion<\/p>\n<p>5 Cloves<\/p>\n<p>2 Limes<\/p>\n<p>Salt to taste<\/p>\n<p>Pineapple (1 can rings, if fresh not available)<\/p>\n<p>Fresh Cilantro<\/p>\n<p>6-inch corn tortillas<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marinade<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Take the seeds out of the chiles and add them together with the garlic, chopped onion, cloves, cumin, juice of 1 lime and vinegar (Avoid touching the chiles with your bare hands if possible, I use gloves)<\/li>\n<li>Boil the ingredients from the above step in the vinegar until chiles are soft.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from heat and let cool.<\/li>\n<li>Pulse in a food processor or use an immersion blender to form a paste.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cut the pork in thin slices (or buy the thinly sliced pork loin)<\/li>\n<li>Add the paste and \u00bd cup chopped pineapple to the plastic bag and seal tightly<\/li>\n<li>Rub the meat around in the bag and let sit overnight in the refrigerator or a minimum of 6 hours<\/li>\n<li>Using a frying pan, over high heat, fry the meat with small pieces of pineapple making sure the pork is fully cooked and slightly burnt in some areas.<\/li>\n<li>Dice the cilantro and cut the remaining lime in quarters for garnish.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with corn or flour tortillas!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tacos al Pastor Yield: 8 Servings Ingredients 2 lbs.
