Figs on Toast

Yield:  4 Servings

1 baguette, sliced
6-8 ripe figs, thinly sliced
1 5 oz. package Chèvre
¼ cup honey
¼ cup dry roasted, salted pistachio nutmeats, chopped


  1. Toast the baguette
  2. Spread Chèvre on the toast
  3. Layer figs on Chèvre, drizzle honey over toast and sprinkle pistachio on top
